► No Fee Structure

We do not have a fixed fee structure. We do have Terms & Conditions of course but we do not have a fixed fee protocol.

Typically, a client will inform us about a particular search or assignment and the value of that role to their organization. The client then determines the amount of the fee. Focus Ahead Consulting then consider the role and accept the proposed fee and immediately begin the assignment or decline to offer the service.

No hassles – No negotiations

The client always knows the true value of the assignment, so the client should determine the fee.

Similarly the client and not the recruiter know the true cost of a bad hire. If we cannot help, or believe the search is too difficult, we will let you know as soon as we know enough information about the role.

► No Candidate Data Base

Well, that certainly makes us different.

Value to you:

● No mail blast of multiple CVs to your hiring manager or Human Resource Department.

● No possibility of an old non current CV being sent to you. All candidate resumes will be up to date and highlight the candidate fit to the particular role in question.

The best candidates are not parking their resumes long term in a recruitment firm’s filing system.

► Your Job Description will be reviewed by a Consultant who understands the role and your industry.
This Consultant will be local to the geography of the assignment which is a unique approach employed by Focus Ahead Consulting.

Our follow up questions will be professional and relevant.
