Focus Ahead Consulting employ experienced consultants who understand both the requirements and aspirations of both the hiring company and candidate.

We are able to state this with confidence because our team members have worked, hired and managed in the technology segments in which we operate, both in Europe and North America.

Therefore we assimilate and relate to the vernacular, jargon, acronyms and current skill set in your industry.

No Data Base.  We do not keep CVs and Resumes on file. This probably makes Focus Ahead Consulting unique among all recruitment and search firms.

We do this for several reasons:

● Candidates should always submit updated CVs highlighting how their skills match a particular role they are interested in.

A less diligent recruiter will simply submit the data base copy and hope for traction with the hiring company.

● The best candidates are located based on networking and referrals. If your consultants operate in that field then it makes good business sense to use this approach.

● Do the best candidates keep their CVs “on file” with a recruiter?

               We don’t think so, do you?

● We want to conduct a search from the perspective of finding the best employee. This results in our consultants discussing at length with potential candidates how their current circumstances match the opportunity.

If the data base CV is two years old, or does not reflect the candidate’s current employment status or personal circumstances where is the value in having this on file?
